How CSM Works:
CSM uses a proprietary system that allows us to follow and unfollow large amounts of relevant users on your behalf. In the process, we expose your page to thousands of users who voluntarily choose to follow you back. Please read below for more details.
Because CSM follows and unfollows people on your behalf each day, if you follow someone that you'd like to keep following, please email their username in the body of the email to CRE8PrintDesign@gmail.comimmediately upon following them so we have time to add them to the safe list to make sure they don't get unfollowed.
Safelist subject lines should always be: @MyUsername (insert your username in the subject line)
If Instagram notifies you of our log-in attempt, please verify that we have your permission to do so. Also, please make sure you have access to the email you signed up to Instagram with, in case you need to reset your password.
You can most effectively use CSM if you:
- Use instagram organically, the same way you normally would, and by posting at least 1x a day.
- Subscribe only after you have 350+ followers and account is 60+ days old.
If you don't meet these qualifications, your account growth may be slower during your first month of service. All users will experience a slight delay in growth during their first week, as we ease into growing your followers at a faster rate over the first few days.
You’re billed in advance, and there’s no commitment. Want to cancel? You can do so via PayPal.
We promise to never sell your account information.
Liability & Warranty:
We’re not liable for any abnormalities / occurrences associated with your account. Service is delivered on an as-is, as-available basis. We also do not guarantee 100% up-time, as there will be interruptions in service from time to time for administrative purposes. Part of the reason for this is to avoid Instagram thinking you’re an automated spam account.
CRE8 SOCIAL MARKETING TERMS OF SERVICE & AGREEMENT
Legally Binding ("Agreement")
This Agreement was last modified on December 1, 2018. Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using any and all services offered by www.CRE8PrintDesign.com("the Service") operated by Giovanni V. ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service at www.CRE8PrintDesign.com
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Service or contributing content or other materials to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
HOW IT WORKS
CSM will follow users in your target demographic each day. At the end of each day, everyone will be unfollowed to make room for new users to be followed. The people you’re already following are safe, but any new users you follow that you'd like to keep must be added to your safelist. To add a user to your safelist, please send us their username to CRE8PrintDesign@gmail.com immediately upon following them with YOUR username in the subject line and THEIRS in the body of the email.
You can only sign up for the Service if your account meets all of the following requirements:
- It is at least 60 days old
- You have 350+ followers
- You don’t use automated software while subscribed to the Service. Please let us know if you're already using something and we will determine your eligibility.
- You may continue to use Instagram as you normally would, without other services or automated plugins.
ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
In order to market your account, we’ll need to access it via our international servers. Should Instagram inform you that we’re attempting to access your account, please verify that we do in fact have your permission to do so. It's most likely that your account will be accessed via our Stockton, CA servers. You will also need to have access to the email you signed up with to Instagram, in case a password reset is required to move forward.
Payment is billed in advance of your scheduled service. All payments are processed via PayPal. The PayPal form is a recurring subscription for the Service and can be cancelled at your leisure via the Recurring Payments Dashboard in PayPal. Should you choose to end the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel your PayPal account (see the FAQ for Instructions) at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming payment so we can unfollow everyone we followed on your behalf. We also cannot offer refunds for failure to cancel payments. You agree to be diligent in terminating your service and that we are not liable for negligence on your behalf. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a non-refundable payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Service, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Service, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from your violation of any third-party's rights. Further, it is your responsibility to avoid the use of automated Instagram marketing services in order to reduce your risk of account deletion. While our services operate within the limits set by Instagram, using additional services may result in overactivity on your account and lead to issues with your account. For this reason, it is recommended that you use the Service exclusively to mitigate your risk.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
The Service, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
We may terminate your access to the Service without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated to you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Service or discontinue any use of the Service immediately.

- If you currently have two-factor or two-step authentication enabled on your account, you'll need to disable it in order to be able to use CRE8 Social Marketing (CSM). Please do so now!
- You may receive a notice from Instagram letting you know that someone from Stockton has accessed your account. That's just us, so please let them know it was us and don't freak out. =)
- Try to avoid posting anything for the first 3 days of your service so you can see how our service increases your engagement!
