FAQ
What kind of printing process is best?
- It all depends on your needs! Here are the basics for each process.
Screen Printing:
Screen Printing is best when doing bulk production runs. Screen printing will provide you with high-quality prints with rich and vibrant ink colors on any garment. We can print as many colors as you want on any location of your selected garment. Our minimum for screen printing is 12 garments, and turnaround time is usually around 7-10 business days!
Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing:
DTG is a unique printing process that deposits ink directly into the garments fabric, requiring no burning of screens, setups, or registrations involved! DTG is perfect for jobs where multiple colors would be too costly, when high detail and resolution is a must, and when you wan too personalize each print. DTG will allow you to print unlimited colors at NO EXTRA COST. There are no minimums involved with DTG, so whether you want to print one piece or one thousand pieces, DTG will give you stunning results. Turnaround times are usually 7-10 days.
Heat Transfer Material (HTM) Printing
Heat Transfer Material Printing uses a vinyl material applied on top of any product with without ink. Our HTM process uses an ultra-thin vinyl that feels as if it was screen printed, and be just as durable as any other printing method. Heat Transfer Material Printing is great for clients who have a lot of personalizing of individual garments, or want a high definition graphic without doing large production runs. This process's cost is determined by material used, and does not require any minimum amount of HTM material. Turnaround times are usually 7-10 days.
